Zoom tutorial for non power users....

Covid-19 has locked us all inside with no way out, and we have all become reliant on video conferencing software... In particular... Zoom (for my household anyway!).

Unfortunately, as the power user's assistant in my small bubble, there are a few common problems for lesser experienced users, so I decided to put together a little tutorial of tips to combat your next: A/ problem joining a meeting, B/ lack of audio, C/ lack of video, and also the crowd favourite... How to change my background.

This is pretty basic stuff (to those who already know), but you will definitely know someone who might benefit from a little tutorial to save YOU the grief next time you're meeting them via video....
